From a young age, Dr. Charles Sullivan was inspired to serve others. As a volunteer in community outreach programs, he helped provide food, clothing, and support to people experiencing homelessness and families in need. Those experiences showed him that many people also lacked access to basic healthcare.
Motivated to make a greater impact, he pursued a career in medicine, dedicating his life to caring for patients with compassion and dignity. Throughout his career, he witnessed countless individuals forced to delay or forgo treatment simply because they could not afford it.
Determined to change that reality, Dr. Sullivan founded the CES Institute to help connect compassionate donors with people in urgent need of medical care. Today, the Institute provides healthcare assistance, medical resources, and hope to vulnerable individuals and families who need it most.
